Our offices are open from 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. All calls/voicemails or emails received after hours or on weekends will be responded to on the next business day. If you call our office number, please be advised we will need your four-digit order number and your name and will very likely direct you to email our shipping department, so it's faster to simply do that first. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM CST) for any orders to be processed. We do not ship weekends or after 5pm. This is applicable only for items currently in-stock, not items on preorder. PLEASE NOTE* This does not include the 2-3 days for Priority Mail or 2-5 days for First Class shipping by USPS. Please plan your order accordingly. 

For any refunds due to goods lost or damaged in transit, you must purchase shipping insurance. To order it, click on the appropriate TOTAL parcel value in the drop-down menu and click 'add to cart.' If you do not select the appropriate parcel value, your package will not be refunded or replaced in the event of loss or damage. If you do not purchase shipping insurance, your package will not be refunded or replaced in the event of loss or damage.

If you live in an apartment or suspect package tampering at your residence, please have your items delivered to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages, and the USPS does not insure packages once it is marked as delivered.

For domestic mail, the expected times are as follows (PLEASE NOTE: THESE ARE USPS EXPECTED TIMES AS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. WE DO NOT PROMISE THESE TIMES NOR DO WE HAVE CONTROL OVER THEM):
For first class domestic mail - 2-5 days (or more) depending on location. No tracking number available. Refunds on lost packages are not promised by The Pixelsmithy unless insurance is purchased.
For domestic priority mail - 2-3 days (up to 5, as stated on usps.com). Tracking number included. Refunds on lost packages are not promised by The Pixelsmithy unless insurance is purchased.
For domestic express mail - 1-2 days (depending on location, as stated on usps.com). Tracking number available. Insured up to $100 USD unless extra is purchased.

For international priority mail - 1-4 weeks shipping time. Tracking number available, though updates once it leaves the US are not guaranteed. Refunds on lost packages are not promised by The Pixelsmithy unless insurance is purchased.
For international express parcel - 3-6 business days shipping time. Tracking number available, though updates once it leaves the US are not guaranteed. Insured up to $100 USD unless extra is purchased.

If you are ordering from overseas, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES IMPOSED UPON DELIVERY. Buyer beware, and know your country's laws to avoid disappointment.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

We accept refunds and exchanges.  
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item is returned due to damage, we will exchange or replace it, or provide a refund. If your item is returned due to changed mind, we will provide a gift card for the value of the product. This does not include shipping. Please be aware what you're ordering when you order it.
We do not accept returns on gift certificate purchases. 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thepixelsmithy@gmail.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 607030, Chicago, Illinois, US, 60660.
Customers who choose to exchange their purchase (different color required, different style required, changed mind, etc) are responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the vendor. If the exchange is due to a mistake or defective item on the part of The PixelSmithy we will cover or refund all additional shipping costs incurred from replacement of the item.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. 
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon approval of a return and its receipt, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the following business days. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will be informed your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service for all returns. We are not to be held responsible if your item does not arrive to us.
